Paolo advises both Italian and foreign clients in legal procedures to establish rights over real estate on areas designated for the construction of energy plants (such as land leasehold agreements). He also advises on transactions involving the sale of real estate companies.
Since 1999 he has dealt with bankruptcy law and is regularly appointed as Official Receiver and Administrator by the Court of Milan.
