Marco Villani was called to the Milan Bar in 1988 and accredited to the Court of Cassation in 2000. His area of expertise ranges over every aspect of employment and agency law, with a particular interest in corporate restructuring, staff reduction procedures, labour relations management, executive and managerial assistance services and industrial relations.
He also deals with bankruptcy law and is regularly appointed as Official Receiver and Administrator by the Court of Milan.
He is a member of AGI, the Italian Employment Lawyers Association and of EELA, the European Employment Lawyers Association.
